Delete your LukAi account

Public account and data deletion page

You can permanently delete your LukAi account here. The request is processed immediately after you sign in and confirm the email address that owns the account.

What is deleted

  • Your account profile, sign-in sessions and verification tokens.
  • API keys, paired agents, device pairings and push notification tokens.
  • Subscriptions, usage records, support requests and other account-linked application data.

Limited retention

We may retain the minimum records required by tax, fraud-prevention, security or other legal obligations. Those records are access-restricted and removed or anonymized when the applicable retention period ends.
